What is personal and sensitive data?

Personal data is data which can be used to identify you. This may include your name, date of birth, address, email IDs, telephone number etc. Sensitive personal data is information related to any of the following: racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexuality, health and/or convictions.

 

Where will you store my data?

The record will be stored in an electronic database system accessed by the administrators of the Our Lady of Mercy ASBL.  Paper copies of your data may also be stored securely and accessed by the administrators of Our Lady of Mercy ASBL.  

 

How will you use my data?

Your data will primarily be used for the purpose of providing you with ASBL related information and support services.  

 

How will you use my photographs?

Any photographs taken will primarily be used for the promotion of Our Lady of Mercy ASBL and the OLM parish and its Religious Education Program. 

The photographs will be exhibited in Our Lady of Mercy ASBL website as well as the Our Lady of Mercy parish website for the view of the public and projected at the family welcome fairs organized every year by various International schools in and around Brussels.  

 

Do I have the right to correct or withdraw my data and/or photographs?

You have the right to correct or withdraw your data and/or photographs at any time. Please notify us by email information@olm.be.
